Products you'd like to see from E.L.F

I'll begin:

Lip crayons - those fatty pencils that are really lip creams.  Great for those of us who apply make-up on the go.

Lip stains - long-wearing blushes of color.  Elegant "bruised" lips, so to speak.

In any case, bolder lip colors in general (more pigment).

They have the lip stains, in the studio line.  Want more colors in everything, not just the lips. lol.

I would like to see a primer for the whole face,  don't get me wrong- I love the eyelid primer, but I would like E.L.F. to make one of the same caliber for the whole face.

I thought of something else....i would like to see eye "crayons" too

  Comment by: Kayla Johnson

I'd love to see some foundations in the studio line, as well as a bit more variety in colors of the concealers that are already present in the studio line. I'd also love to see some studio eye quads or duos, and bolder eye colors ( in the Studio line again, lol.)

I  clearly have a mild obsession with the studio line =]

Oh, and maybe a few skincare products, like mousturizers or cleansers? Just a thought. It might compliment the entire E.L.F routine.

Ooh, I agree, a skincare product line would be FABULOUS and Body Spray in the Bath & Body line.

Definitely some lipstick in the regular $1 line and skin care products!

Wow you guys pretty much took up everything I thought of already! I definitely agree that it'd be great to have a cleansing line and I love those fat eye crayons as well.

I think it'd be great to have a nail strengthening polish. I have weak nails and I'd love to find a good strengthener that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Expand the color line too, I love having a wide variety of colors.

More greens in the eye shadows would be nice too!

Just wishful thinking here but I'd love to see a hard train case as well, I've been eyeing some online but the prices are outrageous! Nothing fancy but I could really use a hard storage case for my makeup with a tray or two.

[ Commented 11 months ago ]

  Comment by: genesis

sweetsophia, have you checked out caboodles train cases? they aren't that expensive, around $25 for a good largeish sized one. they sell them at walmart, walgreens, ulta etc. you should check out caboodle's website: caboodles.com.

i have a couple of hard train cases from them, they are amazing and i love them (:

-> i would definitely LOVE to see a skin care line from e.l.f., moisturizers, face cleansers, things of that sort... and definitely some fragrances. and yes, more colors.

A skin care line similar to something like Lush products would be great, 'cause you gotta love natural products. Fragrances, if priced the way the current products are, would be great.

I'd also like to see more shades of the all over color stick - none of the ones available looks just right on me, although Pink Lemonade is close.

And my biggest gripe is product size - I need to use a lot of concealer and those bitty tubs of tone correcting concealer just don't cut it, especially buying online when you have to pay for shipping. I'd be willing to pay $3 for a double-size product instead of the current $1.

Would LOVE to have eye colors described better.  I'm alittle older and would prefer to have matted colors.

A skin care, anti aging too would be great.

Coupon codes!! lol kidding, well not kidding haha but here

palettes of eyeshadows like the coastal scents ones

more color variation

more dollar products that are similar to their studio and mineral line

matte things, especially in eyeshadows.

:)

omg i agree about the product size... i went through my tone correcting concealer so quickly...

I would definitely love a full-face primer! I've used Smashbox's Photo Finish and I've used Sephora's equivalent - love the feeling, not a fan of the price. I also tried a primer by Napoleon Perdis that I bought at Taget, but didn't really like how it felt - kind of oily and gross feeling.

Mineral color correcting concealers! I'm using my Everyday Minerals Mint Concealer since e.l.f. doesn't have a green mineral concealer, but I'd love to switch over entirely to e.l.f. products.

More matte mineral shadows because the current sparkly ones are just too much for regular wear... I'd even go as far as to say they're somewhat tacky looking :/ They're beautiful colors, but the shimmer just takes over the look. It'd also be nice to have more colors in this line such as canary yellow, deep cerulean blue, and more greens for an extra pop.

Quality eyelash glue would be nice as well. The glues that are currently offered with the e.l.f. eyelashes are not very good, and I would glady buy a tube of glue separately if it actually worked. Ex: studio line lash glue or something of the sort (and it has to be better quality than the glue currently offered with the studio lash kit because that one seems to be the same as the regular line glue)

Mineral liquid eyeliner, if possible, would be amazing. Either that or a gel pot eyeliner like Stila Smudgepots because those things are fantastic- very pigmented, smudge free once dry (and they dry quickly), and creamy/thick texture.

Extra mineral containers for mixing would be very useful. Many people find the foundation pots to be too small to "swirl, tap, and buff" in, plus what I've seen is that many people also mix colors. e.l.f. should sell additional large sized mineral containers to allow customers to mix their own tone and have plenty of room for working the product into their brushes.

That's all I can think of at the moment, but I also agree with the others who suggested a skin care line. That would be great, especially if it included a face lotion with at least spf 15 (although spf 30 or higher would be preferable of course). Perhaps in the future, e.l.f. can start a suncare line, because I'm sure e.l.f. sunblock would smell better and feel better than some of the sunblocks on the market right now (excluding the insanely expensive ones).

I'd like to see a cream blush stick in the mineral line.No other mineral lines have this and it's annoying. Also a mineral liquid blush would be appreciated as a liquid mineral lip stain. Another product I would grab up is  liquid mineral shadow. It could come in small tubes like the lip glosses and in different colors. Only one mineral make up company has this now and it only comes in four colors. elf would make a lot of money on this especially if they offer a wide color palette.

I would like to see a make up remover in a gentle gel form to remove make up before washing your face. I agree a skin care line would be great.

I would LOVE to see an oil-free face primer that would keep the oil at bay.

I can't wear any of the eye shadows, way too sparkley!

Hey there, looks like some of our requests have been answered!

So far, E.L.F has added

a Brush shampoo/Cleaner

and

FACE POWDER IN THE STUDIO LINE!

I'm so excited! I think I might place an order now =]

Oh, another thing that would be nice to see would be some eye pallets! I'm at school right now and like the convienience of having everything packaged together in on place, mostly to minimize clutter, but I don't need lip/cheek/face products.

I would love to see a stipiling brush for foundation, a new line of brushes that have a design on the handle like the famous ones that target sells and a holiday brush set every year. Oh, and gel eyeliners in different colors.

Guess what? There's now a Mineral Infused Face Primer in the Studio Line!

Keep all the suggestions going, someone's clearly taking them in!

Oh,  Maybe some haircare products in yummy scents too?

Also, if there is, a scented hair mist, like cinnamon or candy cane, or even strawberry or vanilla! very few companies have made them, It would be a good idea if it had the added bonus of working as a heat protectant, too.

I'm hoping for some really yellow toned foundation/powders [I'm Southeast Asian];  pressed-powder foundation; creme-to-powder foundation;  all-of these in full coverage, or medium-to-full would be okay, too.  More lippies in the mid-to-deep range [something to match us yellow chickies, too, lol].  I second the iridescent pigments vote!  I get SOOOOO mesmerized by the holographic-y look of stuff like that, lolololol!!!    I just L-O-V-E it!!!!

Mineral liquid foundation would be awesome  and as I saw some others posted-- lip/ eye crayons, and a skincare line (would blow my mind)!

e.l.f. has become my favorite cosmetics brand, you guys have so many great products as it is, you're awesome

Long-wearing lip products. Reapplying when you're on the go is such a pain.

Lipsticks in a line other than mineral. Please! :)

Self-adjusting lip or cheek products. It would make finding the right shade, especially online, a breeze.

Eye crayons.

Products for oily skin specifically.

some foundations,  more eye shadows. maybe some palettes like 6 or more...... with some vibrant colors, skin care products

I have very fair skin and I wear a light pink base under my foundation to add some color to my face.  I would like to see a product like this and a good quality primer.  I would also like to see some anti-aging products, which ingredients such as retinol.  Also, I use really pigmented metallic and shimmery eyeshadow and would love to see that added as well as waterproof metallic eyeshadow.

[ Commented 10 months ago ]

i love the studio loose eyeshadows i would love to see more of those in a variety of colors and finish especially matte.

the palettes empty you guys only carry the quad i would like a 12 20 28 to fill them up with your pan shadows and get more colors. Improve the eyeliners and eye brightners they are too hard and are not good quality.

I know I have commented once already but... I have to throw my vote in on the skincare line.  Cleansors, UNtinted moistorizors, Maybe even one similar to clean and clear? The daily cream thingy? It would be awesome to have my entire regime be E.L.F. !!! :D

[ Commented 10 months ago ]

  Comment by: jmetz

I'd love to see a cream blush similar to the ones lancome has.  This is a big go-to item for me.  Also, a baked bronzer with a multi-tonal thing going on.  Definitely a legitimate liquid foundation that goes on light but covers nicely.  A tinted moisturizer would be lovely too.  I see others interested in a skin care line- another great idea.  I would also love some perfume- not body spray- something light and feminine and unique.

I am a BIG fan of ELF and I would LOVE to become exclusive but there are some items (like the ones above) that tie me to the expensive name brands.  I don't think there is a single product that I have tried that I don't love from the line and I tell anyone who will listen about ELF stuff.

KEEP IT COMING!!!!

[ Commented 10 months ago ]

  Comment by: jmetz

OOh! And a men's line would be pretty cool.  With skin care products and cologne and body sprays.  My husband actually doesn't mind me purchasing ELF products because of the price and I think he is almost jealous of the volume of packages I get (I order every new product that comes out!!)

More mineral eyeshadow colors (bolder, brighter, matte,  and darker), more nailpolish colors, just more! I want an angled eyeliner brush, and I would love to see some haircare products. better pencil eyeliners, and eyeliners in metallics. cream eyeliner would be great too. I would love to see unique scents in the bath line, not something that every other company already has. I would also love to see a liquid mineral foundation, some awesome gift sets that have products not readily available, I LOVE the Christmas glosses, more things like that!

Thank you for the lip stain. Its just what we wanted! Clinique has a yellow mineral cover to hide redness. The yellow hides the red of my roseacea better than a greenish tint.. That would be greatly appreciated! .

Its been mentioned before, but I would also ,, to see a foundation primer.  One that isn't too tinted, b/c the one I use now throws my foundation off just a smidge.  And how about some slightly glittery body sprays?  Nothing over the top... just a touch of pretty.

Haha, thx!  I saw it after I posted!  I'm surprised I never noticed it before, b/c I was searching their products looking for one-- I must've got side tracked, lol.  How many ounces is the primer?  I didn't see that info listed.

Now... about that body spray, ELF.

  Comment by: brianna

hmmm a few of my ideas have already been said but I'll say them anyway

I agree, I'd love to see a skincare line from elf. Maybe even those 3 step kits like other companies have for acne prone skin and moisturizers for dry skin.

Another couple things are liquid foundation and big eyeshadow pallettes.. like those 88 eyeshadow palettes I see everyone using. Maybe a pressed mineral one that has all the colors except they are smaller sizes? That would be great for someone like me who doesn't wear makeup a lot but wants to try out all of the eyeshadows and etc.

And I wouldn't mind at all paying more than elf's average price range for these products. Because I know I'm getting quality products for a great priced. I can't wait to order all the things I want from elf and try them out. Too bad I'm supposed to be staying on a budget, especially since christmas is coming  Maybe I'll by myself lots of elf and it can be my present to myself haha.

I would love to see some more eye shadow colors in the studio line. Also, some tone correcting concealers in the dollar or studio line....I love having concealers in baby pink, green, and blue in order to counteract color issues. Also a stick or palette concealer, like the dollar line, in the studio line....

I agree with getting some foundations in the studio line. I would love to see a better quality tinted moisturizer than the dollar line as well as some fuller coverage liquid foundations.

A skin care line would be awesome from ELF! Perhaps some face wash/toners with tea tree oil? I've yet to find an off-the-shelf tea tree oil toner or face wash to work...I'm currently just mixing TTO in with my products I have.

It would be interesting to see an ELF hair care line...pomades, sprays, conditioners and shampoo...the works.

i'd like to see and elf foundation other than mineral, and more colors in all foundation like products because i there just isn't enough to support women of color.  that and maybe more nail polish colors, or even nail design tools like striping brushes, dotting tools and things of that sort.

i'd also like to see shadow pencils like nyx used to have.

and if possible, better makeup organization, i know they got the brush holders, (which i cant wait to get) but maybe larger train case when you buy the master set or desk organizers, lipstick holders, things of that nature

REALLy high pigment eyeshadows.... kind of like the bright blues in the makeup collection and "punk funk" in the brightening eyeshadow. I would buy a million of them!

Fake nails would be nice.

Also... their is this kind of spray-on primer and finisher to keep your makeup sealed on. I use it for theater, but it's like 7$ for a tiny spray bottle.

And how about some cream for dry skin? The oil wipers are great for my T-Zone, but my cheeks are sometimes so dry they look like snake scales (blech)

[ Commented 9 months ago ]

  Comment by: ditorresal

I would love to see them put out some sort of setting spray, like a facial mist or whatever you call it. I think thats something they can easily come up with. And some gel liners, the ones that come in little pots. And someone said it already, a duo fiber stippling brush. Then the collection would be complete. Hope they're reading this.

I Love elf... but i have a delima.... I have a very oily face, and i get acne pretty bad..... so i need major cover....and im also very very very light skinned.... I wish elf would come out with a very fair shade for all of us pale faced people... the mineral makeup in the lightest shade makes me look like i had a bad spray tan accident.. I LOOK orange!!!! So does the clarifying pressed powder...and i need alot of coverage to make my skin look clear... If anyone else has this issue please speak up.... Lets get some colors that work for us...

oh and liquid foundation(in light colors) would be amazing!!!!

I'd like to see darker shades in all of your cosmetic lines for women of color. It seems as though there are plenty of light and neutral shades but nothing really for women of color including in foundations and face powders. I also like the idea of baked shadows that can be worn both wet/dry. The prior suggestions are wonderful as well. Thanks so much e.l.f. for all of the things you do offer now though.

I'd like to see some pressed mineralized things. Like the MAC Mineralize skin finishes. In the studio line, for the 3 bucks, their like shimmery highlight shades. Also the blush bronzer duo in the studio line in other colors. Like maybe a pink blush and a lighter bronzer or a blush and highligher or something.

1. I would love to see a larger compact. I love the one that holds four elements buy if you had one that held 15 or more that would be great. That way all my colors would be in one place. I still love the compact and use it bring the colors i am wearing for the day  and for travel.

2. Mineralized skin finish matte one and a shimmer

3. Liquid eye makeup remover in a bottle for home use

4. More colors in the mineral lip gloss

5. Base and top coat in nail polish

6. eye shadow bases like the nyx jumbo pencils

7. bath salts and a scrub

8. studio travel set

9. liquid foundation (and tell what undertones they are for would help us pick them better)

10. Skin care just the basics cleanser, moisturizer, toner, eye cream, exfloiator or a scrub

11. Lip scrub

12. More mineral eye liner colors (white, plum, beigey cream color, green)

I would love to see more brightly colored items such as teal, bright purple, gold, silver, bright green, orange, red, hot pink, bright yellow, and bright blue in eyeshadows and eye liner pencils. Also a matte pure black and pure white. It is very fun to create new in your face looks with nice vivid colors. (Such as urban decay products.) I recently purchased Punk Funk from the regular line and those are good examples. I would like to see the bright colors in maybe pure pigments or the studio line. Also like one other person said, a nice palette like the coastal scents 88 one. But that's all I can think of for now, by the way- great job e.l.f. with all of the other wonderful products :)

I wish you had a mascara that actually built volume onto thin already black straight lashes.  The current mascaras don't work as well as I need.

Also my husband has rosacea but is a man's man; so, no way will my guy wear girly makeup.  Could you come out with a mens' facial grooming line that would actually include products to cover rosacea for men that suffer it?  Please package it for men.  It's a shame that his red nose could hold him back in his career because people associate a red nose with alcoholism!  Also please include a hand lotion.  His hands get so rough in the Winter.  He would use a product for men.

Thanks for the primer and hi def powder.  They make even my 58 yr. old skin look great!  No settling into fine lines.

BTW, my husband is younger than me!  That makes your makeup a big plus for me,  and consideration of his career need more important for him.  Thanks ELF.

I'd like to agree with the people who suggested the lip crayons, skin care line, larger elements compacts, and a wider range or colors for the compact refills.

I would like to see more colors of the liquid lipstick in the $ line.  It's my favorite lip product of all the brands I own, but I wish I had more shades to choose from.

Also, the holiday gift sets at Target included a set of three liquid eyeshadows.  The colors were sultry satin, berrylicious, and gold.  The gold was just a very fine glitter and you cannot get it from the online store..  I LOVED it!  E.L.F., please make more of those glittery liquid eyeshadows!

I would love to see an all inclusive anti-aging skin care line.  Olay is great, but so expensive.  Semi permanent liners, lip and eye.  Tube mascara (like Mirenesse/L'Oreal). Basic hair care.  Body sprays to match the bath lines. Liquid or cream foundation.  Mineral face wash, like bareMinerals, toner and moisturizers. Wow, can you imagine a one-stop shop that has everything you need at an affordable price!  e.l.f. would be the king/queen of on-line shopping sites!

I would like to see liquid metal cream eyeshadows sort of like the makeup forever pallette has to offer,  More false EYElashes to choose from as well, possibly pigments or reflects pigments as introduced by MAC cosmetics, a similar brush to the MAC 109 and 217 brushes for less money, smaller width eyebrow pencils in the same formula as you are using, all over body foundation without spf for wedding photographs etc.

Things I would like that may or may not have been mentioned, I'm more for things in the dollar line/studio/sugar kiss stuff:

1. Jumbo eye/body crayons (glittery ones for sugar kiss, matte/shimmer for 1$ line)

2. Neon eyeshadows

3. "Gothic" colors, especially black lipstick

4. Cream to powder foundation (studio line maybe?)

5. Tattoo inspired packaging/line

6. Matte nail polishes

7. 4 step skin care line for different types of skin (scrub/clenser/toner/moisturizer)

8. Treatments for like hand and feet

9. Lip color sealant.

10. Actual LIPSTICKS in the 1$ line

12. Long wear lipstick

13. Large eyeshadow palettes

Everyone here has pretty much covered my wish list, but I'll go over it again just so ELF knows exactly what I'm supporting...

Would love to see a skincare line, yes, definitely, yes.  I have a feeling that ELF will be doing this soon anyway.

The one thing that ELF is really greatly lacking is foundation.  I'd love to see ELF come out with foundation, but not just one, I'd like to see an anti-aging or moisturizing foundation in addition to the regular kind.

I would also love to see ELF come out with more natural looking lip colors.

I do have a question - why is shipping so expensive?  I can buy a king size memory foam mattress at overstock.com and pay $3 to ship it to my home but if I want to buy an eyeliner, shipping costs me $7.  Doesn't make sense.  I compare it with those eBay sellers who list items at low prices but charge high shipping prices.  A $1 eyeliner isn't that much of a bargain when you factor in the shipping.  I keep checking our local Target and still no ELF, no matter what my ELF emails tell me, our Target doesn't have it.  Our local K-Marts carry only a very small, very limited selection...last time I counted only 4 different products.  I love ELF, but the high shipping is what keeps me from buying more often than I'd like to.

The last thing on my wish list is THE MOST IMPORTANT.

Please, ELF, please...correct your website so that the colors shown are more true, because even though some of your products are only $1, I'm paying $7 to ship them and I'm wasting money because the colors on the website are 9 times out of 10 totally different than what they are in hand.  I also notice this is a frequent complaint in product reviews as well.

Thanks!

I agree 100% with rowantre!

We need cheaper shipping. It makes no sense to spend $7 on a $1 item. It makes it worthless. And the swatches are always wrong. Stop enhancing the colors and post true swatches.

Maybe pick a light skin, medium, and dark skintone hand and put all the different color swatches on them and post those instead of what we have now. It will make life so much easier for everyone.

I'd also like to see more metalic nail polishes from ELF. Maybe add some greens, blues, and yellows.

Remove items from ur list that are out of stock instead of just not shipping them.

PLEASE get rid of the magnifying bottles! Those things are so misleading!

Change the swifters on the mineral makeup becuz it all falls out in the cap.

I would like to see a facial cleanser. toner, and moisterizer line in either the studio line or the mineral line. I have to agree E.L.F does have some great products, but I would like to see more of a variety. Their mineral line lipsticks area also addicting, and their studio line bronzer(warm).  It would be great if I could get all of my  facial and body products from E.L.F.

I would say for the packaging, the images are quite misleading, and also the colors. I just ordered the mineral eyeyshadows, and they are really small. The undereye concealer; the darkest color is tan and, I am brown skin with gold and red undertone so the concealer was way off. I would like to see a different variety of shades of brown concealers.

I really dont have a problem with the shipping because they offer so many coupons for different things that you will eventually save money somehow, so shipping is fine by me.

The mineral line lipsticks are really nice, not that long lasting but cant complain for the price. What about a studio line lipstick, that offer a different variety of lipstick colors?

Another great idea would be anti aging  product line. of course it will cost a little more, but still affordable; Eye creams, fine lines, etc, for the women coming of age.

It'll be nice if you have a more varity of eyeshadow colors.  Like maybe yellows, oranges, etc... I only see a lot of black, pink, browns, whites, creams, little blue and greens.  More yellows and oranges too so we can have more fun with the make up when we play around with it.  Thanks!

Probably matte bronzers and blush...the ones in the studio line are too shimmery; liquid foundation is also a good choice to have.

Matte nailpolish. Wrinkle filler.  Anti-aging skincare line.  Sunless tanning that is easy to apply, doesn't streak, turn orange or stain your toes, ankles, elbows and fingertips.

BTW - I LOVE each and every product I've received thus far - what a find!  I was a Chanel/OPI girl.  I now have more cash than I did BEFORE the recession.

I love everything so far that I have gotten from e.l.f. but I do have a few suggestions as well.  There are not enough lipstick choices.  I love the mineral lipstick, but I am with the others who said they would love to see a $1.00 line of lipstick.  The main thing that really gripes me is the shipping.  I saw another post that the reason USPS priority shipping is not used is to keep prices low.  If a customer is paying for the shipping and the postal service will pick up the packages, provide free shipping boxes, how is this driving up costs?  This doesn't make any sense to me, and sounds more like the government is running the company rather than management, and trying to keep us all confused.

- More heavly pigmented eyeshadows

- Pigments

I agree on having cheaper shipping also. It is the only thing stopping me from ordering most of the time. Unless you spend quite a bit or have a really awesome coupon code it isn't worth it. Maybe not having flat-rate shipping would help. Someone shouldn't have to pay almost $7 shipping on a $1 product.

I need a clarifying pressed powder thats LIGHTER than the Ivory. That is too dark and yellow, its okay as a shader for the jawline but its for medium toned skin.I am White (really.Allergic to the sun, born redhead,Whitey who has problems finding foundations that match my skin,I don't wanna be fasionably tan.)

ALSO.We should be able to use 2 coupon codes at a time. The shipping cost is a killer.

ALSO.on the latest survey you made for us,I can't do it because I don;t like the choices. You ask how many lipglosses I have.I wear LIPSTICK.On another question you ask what cosmetic I cannot do without. You do NOT list eyeliner NOR do you list lipstick. And,I have purple hair so I need to use purple pencils to colour my brows to match. So this plainjane stuff does not work for me/.A better option would be to offer BLANKS we can fill in if you wanna know what we really use.

AND ......why is it for so many pictures of your models, they look like they don;t even HAVE any makeup on?

I don;t want my makeup to look like I'm not wearing any.

You make makeup.Show it.

One more thing.

Please stop buying from China.

I normally buy American made.China skins cats and dogs alive for the fur trade, eats them too plus does human rights abuses. We must stop supporting this. (go to www.animalsaviors.org for more info on this.)

It was sad when I got my package of Elf goodies and saw they were made in China.Surely theres a better way to offer low cost, good product (and for the most part I like ELF cosmetics, love the smell, love the price.)But we should buy American.

 Matte Finish Nail Polish!

I just saw this in the store. The bottle has a rubberized handle so that it doesn't slip and it just looks different from everything else so you know when you're grabbing the matte finish nail polish. Tried it out, doesn't chip! Looks great. Black looks sharp!

ELF needs to add this to their Studio line. It's the perfect way to introduce a nail polish collection into their higher end line of cosmetics.

I would love to try a airbrush spray foundation. I see make up artists use it all the time on tv.

In response to Odinsbacklash, there is absolutely NO way for us (consumers) to get quality products at these types of products without ELF going to China. Not possible. Trust me. The good news is that their products have nothing to do with the animal cruelty issues that exist there. Even the totes they sell are PVC or non-animal materials.

I strongly agree with your anti-abuse position, and I can assure you that not every China manufacturer has low quality or moral standards. It is the responsibility of our domestic companies (ELF included) to inspect regularly to make sure their manufacturer's standards are up to par. I know this because I am in product development for one of the top companies in my industry (partial cosmetics), I travel to China 6 times a year and I  can assure you not every China bought good is ill-produced.

What else, oh yeah...two dares:

1) I dare you to go one day without using anything that is manufactured in China.  Good luck brushing your teeth, putting on underwear or tying your shoes.

2) Look domestically if you want to help fight animal abuse. KFC has the WORST practices for how they handle and execute their chickens. The employees have been caught drop kicking them during their breaks for sport. Not even joking.

ELF: I would like you to offer travel compacts for the powdered mineral make-up! Every time I take it to go, it spills in my purse. Bare Escentuals offers one for their foundation, but it would be nice if there was one for eye make-up as well!

Thanks for rocking your website out with new goods!

I would love to see-

Skin care- A toner or setting spray to put on before/after make up to set it.

Hair care- Leave-in conditioner would be amazing!

Lipstick in the $1 section- For those who check the $1 section weekly for new items (like me!).

A curling mascara- I have very straight eyelashes, curling before applying mascara isn't enough.

Lip pots- They're great to keep in your car, I was interested in the one you had in a lip kit, some of those in the $1 section would be awesome.

Blotting papers- A case for the blotting papers, maybe something with a cute design.

Eyebrow trimmers- Enough said!

Cheek stains- Similar to the all over shimmer tubes, but a stain.

Cream eyeshadows- Something with the texture of the Eyeshadow Cream Duo's but that dries like the Liquid Eyeshadow's. Along the lines of Nutrogenas Eye shimmers or Lancomes cream eyeshadows.

And last, but not least... For all the packaging to be recycleable! Those who wear the mineral line are not the only people who are conscience of being earth friendly.

I've bought over 50 products from e.l.f over the past year, and I'm absolutely in love. I'm constantly on a tight budget, but my need to satisfy the craving for makeup doesn't let up. E.l.f lets me get my guilty pleasure without the guilt! Thank you e.l.f! I hope to soon make a haul with all of the products I've collected.

Single eyeshadow pots, cream based concealer instead of just liquid, definitely the crayon idea, glitter liner, MORE COLORS. My biggest gripe is that elf needs a better color selection with everything. It's gotten better, but seriously, they have a whole rainbow to play with and I feel like the folks at elf limit themselves. I think it would be awesome if elf made their sugar kiss line their colorful line. Bright, bold, rockin' colors. It would really open them up to a lot of business from makeup fanatics who like bright color. I would also like to see an expansion of their nail polishes. Skincare would be cool too, products specifically designed for the face.

As I know you've heard from almost EVERYONE on here I would LOVE to see more matte shades!!
I'm a licensed cosmeologist and makeup artist and over half of my kit is ELF products. I'm working on alot of older women currently and I'm having to switch brands for their eyes beacuse of the glitter.

I love that I can create a look on my client, get online, add ALL the products i've used on her, find a coupn code in my e-mail and she can recreate the look herself for most of the time under $30!! I just did a wedding and the bride got online and ordered all the makeup I had used on her bridesmaids and gave each of them their entire face kit for a thank you present! It was the coolest idea i've ever seen! For all of her girls (she had 3) she spent $50 and that was using mostly studo items plus the items I used on her! She was blown away!

I would love to see one of the books in a 100% matte format! It would be my go to shadow book!!

I would love to see something along the lines of a "how to" DVD or even little booklet with a cardboard bound cover. So many of the women I work on don't like getting on YouTube because it's not things they think they can do. If it had pictures of before and after each step so they could see EXACTLY where to put the shadows I know ALL of my clients would want one.

Another thing I would love to see in the studio line (or any line for that matter) is more matte bronzers. I would love a matte contour shade that doesn't come with the blush shade. Something I can just use on it's own, even a cream contour would be AWESOME!!!!

A gel liner pot would be awesome too...something like the eyeliner marker pen thing that once it dries will be on your eyes for DAYS if you don't remove it...I HATED pen liners until I tried the ELF one...now i'm hooked!!

Thank you so much ELF!! I know I'll be a lifetime addict...lol

Liquid mineral make-up!!  In a large variety of colors.  Cream mineral blushes.  It seems that liquids/creams work better for mature skins.  It provides a dewy finish, not dry and flaky like regular minerals can.   Also, a hydrating mineral mist.  That would be terrific.  It will add to the mineral line and be very popular.

$1 finishing(refleshing) water splay(portable size) and $3 home size for summer. Avene water is too expensive.  Mac is crazy expensive.  Not many people repeat buying those.... I think they will buy it from you if you sell(no smell, PLEASE!!).

$3 matte lipstick like Wet and wild, but  more pink and nude color variations with SPF 15.  then ELF will win(no smell, please!!!)

$1 eyebrow Mascara ...blond, light brown, red brown, medium brown, ash then I will buy them all!

Clinique has a yellow toned mineral powder that does a great job covering up roseacea. It costs an arm and a leg. I'd love to see something like this with a much lower price. Thanks for the facial primer and the lip stain!

Eye Crayons! Yes! Also, more different kinds of brushes. variations on blending brushes and smaller smudger brushes, not made out of foam but actual bristles. I have over 50 of the elf brushes, including studio line and dollar line. It would be nice to see a couple of new additions to the brush line. How about water proof eyeshadow bases with color (paint pots) red, pink, black, purple... ya know, fun colors.

1) Bigger sizes! Have double sized tubes of tinted moisturizer, powders, etc. Charge $2 for double sizes, $3 for tripple etc.

2) Mineral- Liquid foundation, setting spray, pressed powder or shadows.

3) Skin care- moisturizers, cleaners, toners, sprays

4) Brushes- looser shading brush for crease shadowing.

5) Palettes- stacked or double stacked (instead of slider) palettes. Similar to BH cosmetics, Profusion, KleanColor etc. Ones for just eyeshadows, just blushes, just lips. Some mixed.

6) Cream or gel blushes. Liquid highlighters.

7) A contouring powder (brown) paired with a highlight (lighter white or cream)

8) Lipstick in the dollar line, sheer colors even.

9) Larger eyeshadow sets, instead of just quads have sets of 8 or whatever with multiple choices, charge more accordingly.

10) Lip crayons, big eyeshadow crayons.

Instead of a specific product suggestion, I have a packaging challenge for you!

If I open my purse to find my make-up bag stained with an eyeshadow or blush that opened without my knowledge....I will scream! I suggest designing a line of travel-friendly make-up, complete with retractable brushes and custom cases that are designed to take a beating in a purse or suitcase.

I have specific design suggestions that would be cost-effective to manufacture--if you are interested.

Thanks for considering our feedback!

I just bought eye and lip pencils from NYX and I'm still wondering why E.L.F. has not entered this niche market.  There is not much competition in this particular price point.  Even a Studio line would be welcome.  Saturated colors in a travel/commuter friendly form.  It would be a hit.

I want to see more brightly colored eyeshadows.  Also, it would be so amazing if you got 3 free samples with your orders like at certain other beauty websites.  And if you could combine two coupons, that would be so amazing!  Also, it would be so great if their elements compact would come in bigger sizes.  That way you could fit more eyeshadows in one instead of having to have several, and some people like to put depotted eyeshadows from other brands in them too.  I love ELF so much!

I would like a plum shade of cream eyeliner in the studio line, more shades of eyeshadow in the studio line, cream blush sticks in studio line, traditional style lipsticks in studio line, matte bronzers, larger refillable eyshadow palette to hold more pans, a studio eyebrow palatte in a shade of soft black for black haired ladies such as myself and/or a soft black eyebrow pencil.  I am very satisfied with the existing products that elf offers. I have found products from this line perform better than many high end brands.  Thank you elf.

Lighter shade of mineral foundation - Fair is still too dark for my pale skin

Cheek stains!

More blue shades of mineral eyeshadow - turquoise specifically..

In the concealer/highlighter duo - the highlighter part is too glittery, i'd throw the shimmering facial whip in spotlight in that end of the tube instead!

Tinted lip balms!

More shades of liquid liner. Maybe lighter/brighter and more glittery shades. I really love copper and stardust, I wish to see more like those in different colors and shades.

-I'd love to see some loose eyeshadow pigments and loose glitters the most  :D

-Also, I think adding some brighter studio eyeshadows and some different styles of false eyelashes would be great.

-A dollar line lipstick or studio lipstick or more colors in the mineral lipsticks would be a good idea.

- Fun colored liquid liners would be a good choice to make. Like really bright blues, neon or pink, lilac purples, red, teal things like that.

-Creme blushes would be awesome.

- A studio liquid foundation would be really popular with everyone. Just make sure to offer a variety of shades because most of the elf concealers and things are too dark or orangey for me personally.

-New colors of element eyeshadows. I think those are the best shadows in the elf line.

- New studio brushes. The studio brushes are so great, and I think all elf fans will buy new studio brushes.

- Baked eyeshadows and blushes would be really cool

- A contour and highlight kit would be nice.

woo, that's a lot of stuff. I'll stop there. I have a lot of things I'd like to see lol :)

I use the white studio cream eyeliner as an eyeshadow base, might be cool to have em in skincolours!!! Kinda like a paintpot :)

more astringents and things on that order, exfoliators, i know my mother would praise elf if an exfoliator similar to the second step in cliniques 3 step line  (the exfoliator is purple) came along, my mom also loves the bottle, also face lotions are a great way to go and maybe facewash, also 1 dollar line lipstick mor exotic colors in eyeliner and ill get back to you on eyeshadow and mascara and all that because i just made an order with elf (its a big one hah) and i want to see what i think  (i already have a pretty large elf collection though)

p.s. never change the clear mascara its the best

You can do a Wolf Pack, and  Just Bitten pallet,I mean I know that I would buy both of them!

Even some singles like Mind reader for Edward, and a bronzey earth color for Jacob!

You can do Jasper, carlise,Alice, rosale, and ALL of them thanks:)

Great question! Well, recently the new zit zapper is about to come out which is beyond exciting. Skin care line would be great! It's extremely hard to find skincare that works for under 6 bucks. They should make astrigent, toner, exfoliation, and spot treatments for all skin types.

Other ideas:

cheaper lipstick in nude colors

More cream eyeshadows

I think they should make all over correcting sticks. or some sort of corrective concealer.  the have the one in the studio line but the reviews are bad.  they need a green for redness, and pink for undereye circles, an orange for severe undereye circles, and a yellow for very mild undereye circles.  that would be awesome.  they should also make more colors.  like bright colors. eyeliner, eyeshadow, lipstick, and so on. and definately more matte colos. a studio liquid foundation would be cool. and a skincare line for acne and antiaging would be awesome!  and i also agree on the nyx jumbo pencil thing! Also cream blushes with out shimmer.  some with some without.

its more comfortable and organized and interesting

oh and please please please more than anything would you please make the master gift set in different skin tone editions or make the powders concealers and things like that substitutable because i want to buy it so much but i wont bring myself to do it because theres no use for all of the powder and bronzer and face stuff that i couldnt use

and maybesimilar collections to the master set, 50 dollar grab bag and the smaller one, but only in studio and mineral editions as well

I Would LOVE to see more Shades for me and my African American Sisters! I find that there isn't quite enough of a range: It goes from Halle Berry's mixed features straight to Whoopie Goldbergs darker tones, with no real regard for my Jamaican, midrange skin with a Cool undertone ( contrary to the usual warm/ neutral you usually provide). I've also seen quite a few complaints from the lighter ladies that shop at ELF: my best friend loves these products, but is so pale that even your lightest shade can't compliment her. A Shade expansion in the Studio line ( the powders) would realllyy help set ELF apart. The Sleek Packaging hints at luxury, the product at quality, and the brand at affordability! I really think the Studio line is your strongest brand, so keep expanding it! It's time to beat MAC into submission by providing more colour selection! Step up your game ELF!

Now, about that haircare line we discussed a couple of months ago.....

P.S, I'm a MAC NC55 if you'd like to custom make my colour! You can call it Nutmeg or Cinnamon

I love all the new stuff! Especially the zit zapper! :)

- Im hoping elf will keep the six shadow pallets, and make more colors!

- Also, maybe a nude shade in the dollar line lipsticks (i love natural nymph, its just a little pricey sometimes)

- More bright shades to the nail polishes would be lovely! (lime green, bright yellow, etc)

- Nail art pens (with the fine brushes for designs) and maybe some nail art kits! (stick on gems/designs)

- I would love love LOVE to see some artificial nails! maybe some different styles (shorter/longer, plain to paint yourself, french tips, designs, etc)

I have to say how very impressed I am with the way ELF has responded to the wishes in this thread. It is amazing how quickly some of the requests are up on the site after being posted here. I don't know of any other company with such dedication to their customers. Way to go ELF!

Also, a cream blush please? :)

The studio powder blushes are amazing though!

I want elf to make some glitter polishes with clear nail polish as the base. I also would love to see some baked mineral products. I would like baked eyeshadows and blushes and powders. I also would like to see cream blushes and cream shadows added to the studio line. The studio line also deserves to have their own lipsticks. I think we need more concealer colors. I want more studio eyeshadow shades and studio blushes. I think we should have more blush bronzer duos in the studio line. Also more highlighters in the studio line like Gotta Glow. I think you should add more eyeliner colors to the studio line. I think there should be more shades of the mineral foundation. There should be more mineral blushes. I think there should be more eyeshadow colors  for the custom eye shadows quads to choose from.  We need mixing jars with sifters on the top for the mineral line.

More eyeshadows in the studio line: I would love to see some jewel tone shades in green, blue, purple, etc. in a satin finish. I would also love to see a matte navy and emerald green. Additionally, I would love to see some more highlight colors such as a shimmering pink and gold maybe even pale lavender.

Quick drying top coat: I have purchased all of the polishes (except the elusive smoky brown which always seems to be out of stock) and while they are all lovely, they don’t dry very quickly.
Larger custom palettes: I am considering purchasing the custom eyeshadows but, I don’t want to have 3 quads in order to accommodate all of the shadows. I would like to see a larger pallet, maybe a 15-pan, so that I have space for all the current shadows plus room to grow when new shades are released.

A beige pencil for the waterline. Soft and quick drying, with twist applicator. If it is waxy, not enough color will go on to use it again. If it is hard and I have to warm it up with my blowdryer, I won't use it often enough to repurchase.

I love the tinted moisturizer pointed squeeze tubes. I'd like to see more products in the this packaging. It is hygienic. It's easy to prevent oxidation by keeping the air squeezed out. Easy to dispense. Not messy like squishing your finger into a pan or pot.

Corrective concealer colors in a pointed squeeze tube in the $1 line. A soft gel base, easy to blend out. With additional ingredients of caffeine and green tea. Maybe for marketing, white tea in the tube of yellow.

Gel blush in a pointed squeeze tube in the $1 line. I'd like to be able to use it everyday. The shimmer tubes can be too shiny for daytime wear. Nighttime, flash will be used with any photos taken, and I'll look like a n00b. "Glitter bomb face" is not the reputation I want.
