Urgent!!!! elf order processing problem

i made two orders last night and i got this email this morning:

I tried calling you, but the number is a non working number. 
Please call me directly in regards to your elf order.

and i cant call her because im out of the country at the moment,
so what can i do? i emailed her but no response so far.
and i want to know what happened with my orders.
what was the problem? could it be that i made 2 orders???

im desperate i need those orders to be delivered as soon as possible 
and still my orders are stuck in "order processing"
