sad with the eyeliners and kabuki brush!hi ladies! howve you been? i got my 61 piece order few days ago and i got to see the products a while ago and im kinda disappointed. i bought 3 waterproof pen eyeliners, and 2 of them are just not what i asked for! the black paints brown and the plum paints black! i really really wanted a plum eyeliner! im sad =( and the face kabuki brush from the studio line i wanted so much as well has a hole like it has no bristles in a section =(! you can see the white hole pop from the dark tips it doesnt look good i dont like it! what can i do about this? |

I guess if you got a defect product you can either email or call costumer service and they will send you a new one. :) they have a wonderful costumer service and Im sure they will try their best to make you satisfied. hope this helps! |
