If you're looking to reduce the appearance of stretch marks, there are a few tried and true items that you can use to help the process along. Look for products that contain coco butter for lighter lines, or Retin-A for darker lines. You may also try Dermabrasion or use HD Illuminating Plasma Crystals to remove color discoloration.
Retinal, in general goes deeper and really slofs off skin. A darker line is usually a deeper line (most women see them as darker and not deeper). Use a recovery crème (like mine) on top of the retinal as you want to minimize skin irritation while it helps repair the look and depth of the line. Natural mineral exfoliators, line diamonds when they are tumbled (like a rock) otherwise spherical beads will dislodge debris and dirt without staying in the pore. They roll in and out easily. They are not jagged like apricot seed, olive or walnut husks which can micro-cut your skin and possibly leave debris on skin even after you rinse with water.

Flashback to the 80’s with the big shoulder pads….well guess what you don’t have to because they are back! This trend has been spotted on many different celebs; Kim Kardashian especially is a big fan. I’ve seen this fashion trend gracing the retail shelves in Forever 21 and bebe most recently. Question is…are you a fan of the shoulder pad? Will you be sporting this trend?
There has been much talk in the fashion industry about photo shopping pictures of celebrities. Demi Moore got much attention about her W Magazine cover where she had a “missing hip.” Demi as well as other celebrities such as Mariah Carey and Jessica Simpson have denied ever being retouched.
It’s not a secret that most models and celebrities are touched up on their pictures, so why deny it?
What is your take on this issue? I would love to hear all of your opinions on what you think these magazine companies should do.

Hydrating the skin from the inside out is one key component to preventing or even reversing the signs of cellulite. A great start is to strengthen blood vessels, as well as support the collagen and elastin fibers in the skin. In addition to staying hydrated and drinking enough water, consider supplementing your diet with certain nutrients that are particularly effective in the fight against cellulite such as grape seed extract, glucosamine sulfate and gotu kola.
As ironic as it may sound, another tip to help combat cellulite is to ensure your diet includes an adequate amount of essential fatty acids, or EFAs. Not produced naturally by the body, EFAs must be obtained through the diet. Luckily, they are easy to consume-and tasty! Try cold-water fish such as salmon, trout, and tuna as well as ground flaxseeds, raw nuts, walnut oil, sesame oil, legumes and grape seed oil. EFAs not only build muscle, regulate immune and inflammatory responses, normalize blood pressure and improve brain function, but they also manufacture and repair cell membranes, attracting water back to cells and preventing it from weakening connective tissue.
Coco butter smoothes the skin gently. It will take longer, but over time by using twice a day it’s a better ingredient for a fair skin tone (which will cause less redness and irritation).

Ok, so if you were like me last night you totally watched the Bachelor finale! What a shocker…Vienna was the last girl standing and now her and Jake are ENGAGED! At the end of the day nobody knows their relationship but them, and I am a hopeful romantic and love a good engagement. So are you on team Vienna or team Tenley? Did Jake make a mistake??The Jersey Shore cast has been seen everywhere from the east coast to the west coast. The cast have received various sophisticated makeovers and Inside Edition dared to trade Snookie’s infamous hair puff for a slick back ponytail. There was large debate about letting the cast into high end designer shows at fashion week because many designers felt that having them there would only bring negative attention to their shows. Do you feel that the shore cast could become more “refined” or do you think that their “trashy” image will forever follow them?
~Andrea~
You can shout for glee as the cast of Glee are going on tour! Yes, it’s true coming to 4 major cities Glee cast will be performing live in May in Phoenix, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York City. Will you plan on attending and sing along at their concert?

New York City fashion week (NYFW) has ended (boo I know) but I thought I would share the recap of the trends for your Fall shopping list.
Bebe just dropped a new clothing line co-designed by no other than Kim Kardashian. They have been amidst talk in the fashion industry because runway designers such as Fendi, are saying that the Kardashian line has knocked-off some of their looks from previous seasons. Kim has made a statement via her blog defending her decision by saying “the clothes you see in the chain stores at your mall are all inspired by designer, runway fashion!!!” Do you believe this is true?

Furnishings) and 22 year old Hilary Duff just got engaged while vacationing in Hawaii.
Spotted recently in NYC was the adorable 3-year-old Suri Cruise shopping with her mom Katie Holmes in Sephora. Suri sported a red lip gloss later that day. It’s one thing letting a little girl play with makeup at home; it’s another to let her wear it in public. What do you think, should toddlers wear makeup?
Here is Tiger Woods first public press conference. What are your thoughts?

Your face is the most exercised part of your body - it has 44 muscles. It gets plenty of exercise every time your muscles contract and relax. Since these muscles are attached to the skin (as opposed to the bones or tendons like other muscles in your body) every time they move—when you speak, eat, laugh, cry or scream —your skin moves. When you contract those muscles, that repetitive motion can cause wrinkles to appear in the skin. At the risk of going up against tradition, in my humble opinion, exercising those muscles more is just going to accentuate your wrinkles. Over time, creases form where the skin was contracted. The more you make the same facial movements, the deeper your lines get. The most compelling argument is that if facial exercises work, Botox® would not. Botox® stops muscles from moving, which we know reduces lines, creases, and wrinkles – just look at my forehead for proof!

I'm sure you can remember a time when you've had a less than ideal business partner or customer.
Spend a moment and get an image of that person in your head-that person who completely drains you; that person you have to "keep selling" to remain involved; that person you're literally dragging and pulling along; and that person who leaves you feeling bad after every interaction.
I've been there many times and I tell you it's awful - there's nothing fun about it.
I finally realized that I do have a choice about who I work with.
Who's that ideal person you want to grow a business with, support, and speak with multiple times a day? Think of the best qualities of your favorite partners and customers to create a muse for yourself. Carry that vision of your muse with you always and share it with others.
This clarity will make it easier to communicate to others about the type of person you'd like to meet. Ask them "who do you know who has A, B and C qualities?" I believe having this clarity will allow you to attract those business partners into your life that you want – leading you to achieve much greater success as you move forward in your business.
Remember...you're the CEO of YOUR own life, so... take charge of who you allow into your life. Set strong boundaries and surround yourself with people you want to work with.
